Terms of UseThese terms and conditions govern your purchase of Goods from Wiener Kaffeehaus Pte Ltd through its online storefront at www.wienerkaffeehaus.com.sg. Separate charges for delivery will be added to the price of your Goods and will be reflected in your Invoice. No deliveries will be made to any address outside Singapore. Unless otherwise agreed by us, we will deliver your Goods to the address indicated on your Request Form between the hours of 9am to 8pm Mondays to Fridays and the hours of 1pm to 8pm on Saturdays or at such other times as may be mutually agreed. We do not make deliveries on Sundays and public holidays. If no one is available to take delivery of your Goods at the arranged time, our carrier will leave a card requesting you to telephone and arrange a suitable time and date for delivery. We reserve the right to charge a separate delivery fee if you were not available to accept delivery at the arranged time. Although we will use reasonable endeavors to deliver your Goods to you within 14 days of the date of issue of your Sales Confirmation, we do not guarantee that we will deliver within this time frame. Return PolicyIf you are not satisfied with any Goods purchased from us, you may return it to us and exchange the Goods for another item of equal or higher value and paying for any differences in the price provided that you contact us within 7 days of delivery of the Goods to you. You can contact us by telephone between 9am to 6pm Mondays to Fridays to make arrangements in respect of the aforesaid exchange of Goods. All Goods to be exchanged must be returned to us in their original packaging. |
